90-Day return policy, provided the items have not been used and are in the original packaging.
Clothing must not have been worn and tags must still be on them. No laundered clothing will be returned. We strongly encourage you to put on a fashion show as soon as you open your package. If you find you are too sexy for your clothes, you may return them. Footwear should be done the same way. Any footwear worn outside will be returned back to you and we will not refund your money.

Obviously gift cards can’t be returned. If your friend doesn’t like their gift card, just take it back from them, buy stuff for yourself with it, and don’t call them anymore.
If you would like fast results, place a new order with your updated purchases and mail the original products back to us. We’ll credit your account back as soon as we can. Please make sure to reference both the new and old order number on your return.
If time is not of the essence, you can mail the package back to us along with the exchange/return form that is included in every purchase filled out to indicate if you would like your money back or if you would like an exchange.
